AgileEngine is seeking an experienced Database Administrator to manage, secure, and tune high-availability production databases in a hands-on role. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure performance, security, and reliability, focusing on SQL Server, Aurora PostgreSQL, and related technologies.

The role requires 3–4 years of hands-on DBA experience, expertise with SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS RDS/Aurora, PowerShell or Python, and Terraform.

• 3–4 years hands-on DBA experience.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS RDS/Aurora.
• PowerShell or Python programming.
• Terraform IaC experience.
• Kafka administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong performance tuning skills.
• Ability to work with engineering teams.
