Automotive Global Leader in UTC time zone is seeking a Data Migration Lead to orchestrate end-to-end data migration initiatives for a major automotive migration project. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, and ensure data readiness for the target ERP system in a 100% remote, full-time capacity.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies. Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English - interviews and daily work conducted in English.
