Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, customer success, or high-touch client relationships experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of PadSplit hosts, serving as their primary point of contact for support, policy understanding, and portfolio direction.
• Lead intro calls with new hosts, set expectations, and guide pricing, room standards, and move-in requirements.
• Navigate complex host situations with sound judgment and fair resolution; escalate with cross-functional teams when needed.
• Document ticket details and resolutions; identify patterns to inform product or policy improvements.
