Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities for others to work with servers and hardware to ensure lifecycle performance.
• Mentors technicians on best practices for power distribution units and replacement hardware.
• Validates network cabling and connectivity; signs off client configurations.
• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing environment within SLAs and documents resolutions.
• Ensures SOPs/MOPs are followed and site rules are met during on-site tasks.
• Trains on fix/repair techniques aligned with corporate SOPs and data center change control.
• Leads collaboration with project teams and vendors to validate installations and performance.
• Seeks improvements to processes and escalates trends to senior peers.
