Job summary

Aleph is hiring a Client Solutions Manager for its Microsoft team to serve the Greek market. You will understand agency and advertiser needs to drive measurable results against ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities include onboarding, campaign setup, optimization, and cross-team collaboration to ensure successful Microsoft Ads campaigns. Excellent English and Greek communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working at digital performance agencies.
• Experience running campaigns on Microsoft/Bing Ads or Google Ads.
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics; experience with GTM is a plus.
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Greek.

Responsibilities

• Client onboarding and support: partner with Client Partners to onboard digital performance agencies and direct advertisers, ensuring a smooth transition to Microsoft Ads.
• Campaign setup and optimization: assist clients with campaign setup, optimization, and budget planning to help achieve advertising goals.
• Performance monitoring: track campaign performance, analyse results, and provide insights to improve outcomes.
• Collaboration: coordinate with the Microsoft Advertising team and internal teams to resolve technical and ad policy issues, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
• Operational management: handle contractual setup, invoicing, and Microsoft Ads account setup to ensure processes are accurate and timely.
