A leading gaming company in Buenos Aires is seeking a Risk Analyst to proactively identify and combat fraudulent behaviors through data-driven analysis of customer accounts. Responsibilities include monitoring risk reports, screening accounts for suspicious activity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and strong analytical skills. This is a hybrid position with flexibility in work hours.

Formación

• At least 1 year in a similar risk/fraud detection role.
• Proven ability to analyze data for fraud detection.

Overview

As a Risk Analyst, you will proactively identify and counteract fraudulent behaviors—including bonus abuse, chargeback patterns, affiliate fraud, and AML/CFT risks—through data-driven analysis and hands-on investigation of customer accounts.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and contribute to fast, accurate decision-making that supports a safe gaming environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily risk reports and take action to detect and mitigate fraud or chargebacks.
• Screen accounts for suspicious activity (e.g., bonus abuse), and handle withdrawals in line with company procedures.
• Investigate and escalate fraud cases as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a similar risk/fraud detection role.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong in English.
• Bonus if you’ve worked in the iGaming industry!

Location & Work Model

• Based in Buenos Aires.
• Hybrid work model with flexibility.
• Schedule 3pm-12am may include weekends and holidays rotational.
