DevRev is seeking a Customer Engineer to be the subject‑matter expert for a product area, own complex code fixes, and ship customer‑facing features. You’ll collaborate with the CX team and with Customer Outcomes to ensure rapid resolution and measurable impact.

You’ll investigate root causes, write and test fixes end‑to‑end, and contribute to post‑incident reviews. The role emphasizes code quality, clear technical communication, and proactive incident mitigation in a fast‑moving, AI‑driven SaaS

Formación

• : 3–5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong backend coding in Golang with production-grade experience.
• Experience in customer-facing engineering or support-focused teams.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Datadog, Kibana).
• Willingness for on-call responsibilities and incident mitigation.

Responsabilidades

• Own deep expertise in a product area and act as escalation point for issues.
• Build and ship customer-facing features addressing pain points and business needs.
• Investigate root causes at the code level: logs, queries, API behavior, service interactions.
• Write, test, and deploy fixes end-to-end and confirm with customers when relevant.
• Document fixes and feed learnings back to Computer for knowledge base.
