DevRev in Argentina is seeking a Customer Engineer to join the CX team. You will resolve platform customer bugs that require code changes and build key customer-facing features, working closely with Product and Engineering.

You’ll own a product area, investigate root causes at the code level, write fixes end-to-end, and participate in on-call incidents to minimize customer impact, with strong collaboration across teams.

Formación

• 3-5 years hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development skills, Golang preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing engineering or support-focused teams.
• Proficient debugging, logging, and observability for distributed systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own and resolve complex, code-level platform bugs for your product area.
• Build essential customer-facing features addressing real business needs.
• Investigate root causes using logs, queries, and API behavior.
• Write, test and deploy fixes and feed back learnings to the team.
• Participate in on-call rotation and lead post-incident reviews.
