Marshalls within the TJX family seeks a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience. You’ll oversee a team of Associates at the front of store, ensure courteous service, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership; strong merchandising knowledge; and solid communication and multitasking skills.

Formación

• 1 year in retail experience.
• 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front end principles.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Promotes loyalty programs and encourages participation at checkout.
• Promotes safety and ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
