The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a proactive Leader to oversee front of store operations at Marshalls. You will promote exceptional customer service, model integrity, train Associates on loyalty programs, and ensure smooth POS coverage while maintaining a compliant and organized storefront.

You’ll lead by example, manage breaks, address customer concerns, and collaborate with management to reach shrink and safety goals, all while upholding labor laws and company policy.

Formación

• Customer service orientation and ability to train Associates on front-end principles.
• Ability to manage front-end operations and maintain store plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team of Associates at front of store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Schedule registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a safe, organized store environment.
