JBK Argentina seeks a senior engineering leader to guide an engineering team, owning the technical health of systems and the growth of people, with AI-assisted development as a core practice.

You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, and drive delivery within existing boundaries, while promoting strong SDLC processes and high-quality code. Remote, USD salary, and international projects are offered.

Formación

• Proven track record leading engineers and teams.
• Strong C#/.NET backend development and API design.
• Experience with SQL databases and performance tuning.
• Experience enabling AI-assisted development across teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• Partner with AI to improve documentation and collaboration.
• Maintain domain expertise and troubleshoot effectively.
• Translate feature outcomes into concrete implementation plans.
• Foster SDLC adherence and architectural evolution.
• Distribute work across team based on skills and capacity.
