Job summary

Impulso Media is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to oversee creative campaigns for a US-based marketing agency. This fully remote, LATAM-based contractor role focuses on planning, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.

You will manage timelines, track progress, and optimize processes while maintaining strong communication with designers, copywriters, and strategists. A background in marketing or agency environments is ideal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience in an agency setting.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous time management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of creative workflows within marketing campaigns.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines for multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams across design, copy, and strategy.
• Manage Workload & Resources and balance priorities.
• Track & Report Progress with regular updates to stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes and implement best practices.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for teams.
