Qualifications

2+ years of managing creative/marketing projects in an agency or marketing setting.
Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication abilities for updates with leadership and teams.
Understanding of how design and content fit into larger marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain project timelines across campaigns in Asana or similar tools.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to assign tasks and track progress.
Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives.
Track progress with reports and elevate issues to stakeholders.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements to operations.
Serve as main contact for internal teams and provide regular status updates.
