Job summary

Your role blends project management with hands-on delivery across SEO, social, and paid media tasks. You’ll manage multiple locations and campaigns, write clear briefs, and build Claude-driven workflows to scale repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with multiple projects.
• Strong communication abilities for updates to leadership.
• Knowledge of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project timelines using PM platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives.
• Track progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams and ensure deadlines are met.
