Pavago is seeking a Creative Traffic Manager to plan and oversee the execution of creative campaigns and assets. You will coordinate schedules, set deadlines, and serve as the primary contact for cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

This role requires at least two years of creative project management experience in an agency or marketing setting, with proficiency in PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities, especially with leadership.
• Working knowledge of how design and content fit into marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

Responsabilités

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns in PM platforms.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and redistributing tasks.
• Track & Report Progress using project tracking and status updates.
• Optimize Processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams.
