EY is seeking a Senior Learning Associate to oversee delivery of CPE classes, ensuring NASBA compliance and alignment with adult learning principles. The role involves content review, objective crafting, and coordinating virtual and in-person sessions for sponsors across multiple service lines.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of relevant experience in learning
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent LMS
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to build trusted relationships in virtual environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient MS Office skills including Excel and Teams
• Knowledge of virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom and MS Teams
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Manage a diverse portfolio of CPE class submissions with sponsors across Service Lines
• Provide direction to learning sponsors and stakeholders at all levels
• Deliver virtual and in-person CPE classes and ensure correct CPE credit awarding
• Review CPE content for NASBA pre-approval and adjust objectives if needed
• Advise sponsors on modality and secure virtual delivery if required
• Support CPE submission activities including certificates and evaluations
• Guide sponsors through Calculo attestation process and manage compliance risks
• Assist in clearing backlog of submissions at quarter ends
• Ensure content aligns with objectives and NASBA criteria
• Monitor polling questions for alignment and adjust as needed
