• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Zoom preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships virtually.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage learning technology for virtual classrooms, including setup and event flow documentation.
• Provide feedback on content and activities to improve course delivery.
• Instruct facilitators and learners on platform features to meet learning objectives.
• Ensure accurate credit awarding and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Review reports to verify attendance data and timely crediting.
