• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns using project management platforms.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: designers, copywriters, marketers to assign tasks and track progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources: assess capacity and reallocate tasks to meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: identify at-risk tasks and keep stakeholders updated.
