Medialabla is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency. This fully remote role focuses on planning and overseeing creative campaigns, coordinating schedules, deadlines, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will manage client accounts end-to-end, write briefs and copy, and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality creative output for multi-location campaigns across education and healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities for updates to leadership.
• Working knowledge of creative processes in marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks.
