Sovos is seeking a Compliance Services Supervisor to lead a team of Service Representatives and Associates. The role focuses on delivering excellent client service while ensuring regulatory deadlines are met and processes run efficiently.

You will manage daily tasks, provide coaching, and drive performance improvements to maximize client satisfaction and team productivity within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work related experience.
• 3+ years of client service related work experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and empower teams to achieve goals
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
• Detail oriented and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Compliance Services Associates and Representatives.
• Maintain high service levels while fostering collaboration and professionalism.
• Interview, hire, train, coach, appraise performance, reward and discipline staff.
• Implement and lead process improvement initiatives across the team.
• Monitor client activities to ensure timely completion of compliance related tasks.
• Provide assistance to team members in resolving client issues and manage escalations.
• Lead the team to achieve department goals and comply with policy requirements.
