WeWork in Argentina invites a Community Associate to be the welcoming face of the building, greeting members and guests, and supporting the Community Management team daily.

You will help plan events, foster member relationships, manage mail and building operations, and ensure policy adherence. Requires 1+ years in hospitality, strong English, and excellent communication. Onsite role with a vibrant entrepreneurial community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality or related.
• Proficient in English.
• Available to work onsite: WeWork Butty.
• 1+ years of hospitality experience.
• Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self‑awareness, work ethic, and compassion.
• Passion for entrepreneurial communities.
• Passion and understanding of WeWork’s mission and values.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Ensure front desk operations run smoothly during business hours.
• Assist with events and member engagement activities.
• Support community management and enterprise locations as needed.
• Maintain mailroom and building operations and policies.
