Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Coordinator - Technical Sales for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will lead the full sales cycle, engage operators with technical value, and ensure delivery aligns with Baker Hughes standards.

The role requires deep drilling know-how, strong communication, and the ability to shape commercial proposals, tender submissions, and long-term contracts while ensuring safety and quality.

Formación

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong interpretation of wellbore data and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or similar shale basins.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication translating technical details into commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build relationships with operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex) and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analyses.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and forecasts in CRM; ensure HSE compliance.
