Sezzle is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to support the Colombia-based IT operations, providing end-user IT support, device management for macOS/Windows, and inventory control. You will work within a growing IT team to keep systems reliable and secure while enabling efficient user experiences across the region.

You will manage Google Workspace administration, device provisioning, and respond to IT tickets in Jira.

Formación

• Fluent English required and strong written/verbal communication.
• 2–6 years of IT operations or related experience.
• Experience with Claude or equivalent LLM tools; AI-assisted productivity preferred.
• Proficient with cloud-based productivity suites and enterprise device management.
• Experience with macOS and Windows device management in an enterprise setting.
• Familiarity with IT service management and Jira workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Be main contact for device inventory procurement, deployment, security, and management for Colombia employees.
• Respond to ITSD tickets in Jira from inception to completion.
• Tackle items in Jira backlog and drive proactive IT Operations initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of changes across the application stack and IT security; communicate with engineering.
• Handle hardware/software provisioning, on-call duties, and after-hours work.
• Onboard new hires and manage termination processes from an IT ops perspective.
• Contribute to IT audit activities regarding access history and vendor audits.
