Job summary

BM Global Services Buenos Aires is seeking a Cash Application Analyst to join our global team. This role focuses on accurately allocating cash receipts to client invoices, resolving payment allocation issues, and collaborating with international stakeholders to support cash application processes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting or a related field, speaks advanced English, and has strong Excel skills. SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• University studies or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Trade, or related fields.
• Advanced English (mandatory; bilingual preferred).
• Portuguese language skills are considered a plus.
• Experience in Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, Finance, or related area.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP or financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and allocate cash receipts to client invoices accurately.
• Review banking activity and resolve unidentified or unmatched payments.
• Monitor and report on unallocated or suspense funds.
• Resolve cash application discrepancies with Finance and stakeholders.
• Ensure activities are completed accurately, confidentially, and within SLAs.
• Support ongoing cash application and related finance activities as needed.

We are looking for a Cash Application Analyst to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys working with financial data, resolving payment allocation issues, and collaborating with international stakeholders to support the Firm’s cash application processes in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What will be your impact?

• Process and accurately allocate cash receipts to client invoices, ensuring compliance with Firm policies and procedures.
• Review daily banking activity, investigate unidentified or unmatched payments, and resolve allocation issues.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on unallocated or suspense funds, escalating matters as needed.
• Resolve complex cash application discrepancies by collaborating with Finance teams and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all assigned activities are completed accurately, confidentially, and within agreed service levels.
• Support ongoing cash application and broader finance-related activities while adapting to evolving business needs.

What will help you succeed in this opportunity?
