Job summary

Atlas Copco Argentina in Buenos Aires is seeking a proactive Credit & Collections assistant to help manage accounts receivable and minimize risk. You will analyze customer credit, update information, and follow up on payments while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Credit & Collections, Administration, Finance, or similar administrative roles.
• Experience interacting with internal and/or external customers and handling administrative documentation is a plus.
• Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on assigned accounts receivable, monitor due dates, and contact customers to manage outstanding payments.

• Support the resolution of inquiries, discrepancies, or claims related to invoicing and collections, coordinating with the relevant internal stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date customer, payment, and collection information within the department's systems and management tools.
• Participate in the preparation of reports and key performance indicators, supporting portfolio analysis and results tracking.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement and process automation initiatives within the area.

Provide support in credit and collections management, contributing to the control and monitoring of the company's accounts receivable portfolio. Participate in customer credit analysis, information updates, and payment follow-up activities, developing financial and commercial knowledge that helps minimize risks and supports the overall financial health of the business. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong willingness to learn and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external customers.
