Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years designing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Windows and Linux server admin, virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and dependencies across compute, storage, networking, identity, and security.
• Active Directory or comparable identity platforms experience.
• Infrastructure lifecycle management, patching, vulnerability remediation, change control.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across layers.
• Experience building automation and repeatable operational processes.
• Ability to create implementation plans, assess risk, rollback procedures.
• Strong communication; explain tech to stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize work in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure across on‑prem, data centers, cloud, and sites.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backup, file services, and core infra.
• Support cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) including compute, storage, networking, access controls, monitoring.
• Manage identity and access services (AD, cloud identity, service accounts) and integrations.
• Plan upgrades, migrations, patching, lifecycle replacements, capacity expansions, decommissioning.
• Monitor health, availability, performance, capacity, backups, and security signals; address risks.
• Lead root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions for incidents.
• Develop automation with PowerShell, Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible to reduce manual work.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, inventories, runbooks, and recovery procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support audits, security, and compliance.
