DEPT® is seeking an experienced IT Support Lead to manage end-to-end IT support operations across the region. You will mentor junior engineers, address escalations, and ensure high SLA performance while driving process improvements.

You will work remotely and with local teams across Buenos Aires, needing strong English communication and expert knowledge of Atlassian tools and ITSM practices.

Formación

• 6+ years of IT support or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT software and hardware support.
• Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (ITIL).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end IT support operations and SLA adherence.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.
• Perform audits with Product Owners and drive documentation standards.
• Coordinate global IT projects from scoping to delivery.
• Provide remote support via Jira Service Management, Slack, email, and video calls.
