Sheraton Buenos Aires is seeking a Sales & Marketing support professional to promote our brand and support the sales process from the office. The role involves client communication, document preparation, and coordinating materials for proposals and events.

You will work on-site with standard business hours, engaging with guests and colleagues to ensure a superior Marriott experience. Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory, plus a background in hospitality management.

Competenze

• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• Degree or studies in Hotel Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Manage general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (filing, emails, typing, faxing).
• Prepare sales-related documents (proposals, contracts, banquet event orders).
• Serve as point of contact for clients via phone and email.
• Follow company policies and ensure professional appearance and confidentiality.
