AgileEngine in the U.S. is seeking a Director of Digital Transformation to serve as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders at large enterprises. You will define AI-driven digital transformation strategies and partner with clients to shape adoption initiatives, translating technology into business value while guiding delivery and engineering teams.
The role requires deep IT services consulting experience, strong technical fluency, and quarterly travel to the U.S.
Formación
- 5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
- Proven client relationship management in IT services or custom software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in digital transformation or modernization programs in large enterprises
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Strong technical understanding of IT projects
- U.S. residency or valid visa with travel availability
- Nice to have: experience in Financial Services industry
Responsabilidades
- Act as trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives at large enterprises
- Define and lead initiatives on digital transformation, modernization and AI adoption
- Shape AI strategies with clients and support end-to-end execution
- Translate complex tech concepts into actionable business outcomes
- Oversee account performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships
