AgileEngine is seeking a Client Partner to advise C-level and VP executives at large US enterprises, shaping AI-driven digital transformations from inception to execution. You will partner with clients to translate tech into business value and oversee account performance with delivery and engineering teams.

The role requires deep IT services consulting experience, strong communication, and quarterly travel to the US. Advanced English and leadership are essential to succeed.

Formación

• 5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
• Proven experience managing client relationships in IT services or custom software development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Experience within large enterprise organizations, including digital transformation or modernization programs
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Strong technical understanding of IT projects
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills
• U.S. residency or a valid U.S. visa with travel availability

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives within large enterprise organizations.
• Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption.
• Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support end-to-end execution of these initiatives.
• Help organizations translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes through a consulting approach.
• Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
