AgileEngine, a leading IT services and software development firm, seeks a Client Partner to advise C-level executives at large US enterprises on AI-driven digital transformation. Define AI adoption initiatives, translate tech into business value, and oversee account performance with delivery and engineering teams.

You will travel quarterly to the US, lead strategic modernization programs, manage client relationships, and drive outcomes across industries with a focus on measurable impact.

Qualifications

5+ years of consulting experience in the US.
Proven experience managing client relationships in IT services or custom software development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management with the ability to translate tech into business value.
Experience in large enterprise organizations, including digital transformation or modernization programs.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Strong technical understanding of IT projects.
Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills.
US residency or a valid US visa with availability to travel to the US quarterly.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives within large enterprise organizations.
Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption.
Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support end-to-end execution of these initiatives.
Help organizations translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes through a consulting approach.
Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Travel to the US quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
