Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Client Partner to serve as trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives at large US enterprises, defining and leading AI-driven digital transformation strategies from inception through execution. You will translate complex technology into business outcomes and oversee account performance in close collaboration with delivery and engineering teams.
The role requires deep IT services consulting experience, strong technical fluency, and quarterly travel to the US.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
- Experience managing client relationships in IT services or custom software development
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in digital transformation or modernization programs
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- U.S. residency or a valid U.S. visa with travel availability
Responsibilities
- Act as trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives in large enterprise organizations.
- Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption.
- Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and drive end-to-end execution.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes using a consulting approach.
- Oversee account performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
