AgileEngine is seeking a Client Partner to advise C-level and VP executives at large U.S. enterprises.

You will define AI-driven digital transformation strategies, translate technical concepts into business value, and oversee end-to-end execution with delivery and engineering teams. The role requires 5+ years in IT services consulting, strong relationships with enterprise clients, and the ability to travel quarterly to the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
• Proven experience managing client relationships in IT services or custom software development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience within large enterprise organizations, including leadership of digital transformation or modernization programs.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Strong technical understanding of IT projects.
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills.
• U.S. residency or a valid U.S. visa with availability to travel to the U.S. once per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives within large enterprise organizations.
• Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption.
• Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support end-to-end execution of these initiatives.
• Help organizations translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes through a consulting approach.
• Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
