Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. seeks a Client Partner to serve as trusted advisor to C-level and VP executives at large US enterprises, defining and leading AI-driven digital transformation strategies from inception through execution.

You will translate complex technology into business outcomes, oversee account performance with delivery and engineering teams, and travel to the US quarterly. Requires 5+ years US consulting, top-tier communication, English fluency, and US residency or visa.

Qualifications

5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
Experience managing client relationships in the IT services or custom software development industry
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with digital transformation or modernization programs
Advanced English (written and spoken) and U.S. residency or a valid U.S. visa with travel

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives within large enterprise organizations
Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption
Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support end-to-end execution
Help organizations translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes through a consulting approach
Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships
