Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
• Proven experience managing client relationships in the IT services or custom software development industry.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, translating tech into business value.
• Experience with digital transformation or modernization programs in large enterprises.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Strong technical understanding of IT projects.
• Leadership and relationship-building skills.
• U.S. residency or visa with ability to travel to the US quarterly.
