Tires Easy seeks a high‑caliber analyst/operations partner to serve as the execution and analytical backbone for strategic teams. You will draft communications, craft weekly presentations, track commitments, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

The role emphasizes precise English writing, data exploration in BigQuery/SQL, and coordination across stakeholders during US business hours from an international location.

Formación

• Excellent command of the English language – written and verbal.
• Finished university degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, CS, or similarly rigorous field.
• Availability to work full US business hours (PST).
• At least 2–4 years of full-time private sector experience with analytical output and professional written communication.
• No disciplinary actions in the past 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Draft all written communications for the account lead – emails, formal responses, and internal updates.
• Build and maintain weekly account presentations; pull data and present it clearly.
• Monitor account performance metrics and surface anomalies or risks early.
• Track all open action items and commitments; drive to closure.
• Prepare briefing materials ahead of meetings or calls.
• Coordinate rapid internal responses to partner requests and manage timelines.
• Pull/analyze data from internal systems (BigQuery, dashboards) to answer business questions.
• Maintain a log of partner commitments, decisions, status updates.

This is not a sales role. There are no quotas, no prospecting, no cold outreach. This is an execution and analysis role supporting strategic teams.

You’ll operate as their analytical and operational backbone - drafting their communications, building weekly presentations, tracking every open commitment, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The account looks sharp because you made it sharp. It's work most people never see - but nothing else holds together without it.

Eligibility Requirements

• Excellent command of the English language - written and verbal. This is the single most important requirement for this role. You will be assessed on it.
• Finished university degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similarly rigorous field
• Availability to work full US business hours (PST)
• At least 2-4 years of full-time private sector experience in a role requiring both analytical output and professional written communication
• Must not have had any disciplinary actions regarding attendance, conduct, and/or performance in the past 90 days

Responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain weekly account presentations, pulling data and shaping it into a clear, executive-ready narrative
• Monitor account performance metrics and proactively surface anomalies or risks before they escal...
• Track all open action items and commitments; drive them to closure without being asked
• Prepare briefing materials ahead of every meeting or call
• Coordinate rapid internal responses to partner requests, managing timelines and follow-through
• Pull and analyze data from internal systems (BigQuery, dashboards) to answer business questions and build the fact base for strategy
• Maintain a clean log of all partner commitments, decisions, and status updates

Desired skills & experience:

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; BigQuery or Python experience is a plus
• Background in consulting, investment banking, FP&A, or strategy/ops at an e-commerce or retail company
• Experience supporting a senior executive or serving as an analytical/operational right hand
• High-speed, reliable internet connection for US-hours collaboration
• You're a great team member with a can-do attitude; you're self-reflective and take feedback well
