Balzac Paris is seeking a Store Associate to support daily store operations, engage customers with brand storytelling, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will manage stock, process payments, and help execute in-store services while upholding the brand's standards.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure a seamless shopping experience and maintain visual merchandising for new collections and promotions.

Formación

• Experience in handling stock and store operations.
• Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and KPI tracking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and engage customers.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the register and POS systems.
• Adhere to daily roadmap including floor zoning and scheduling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure equipment is functional.
• Engage customers, provide styling advice, and support sales targets.
• Process payments, refunds, and exchanges; promote in-store services.
• Maintain omni-channel awareness and stock visibility.
• Prepare daily food & beverage offerings for customers.
• Stockroom organization and routine inventory tasks.
• Contribute to weekly performance reports.
