• You have prior experience as a Store Manager within a high-end ready-to-wear brand.

Responsibilities

• STORE MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS: Comply with procedures and strategy set by management; Ensure an exceptional customer experience while following the sales steps; Manage service providers; Propose and implement commercial activations; Upkeep of brand image; Train and support the team; Ensure top store appearance; Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and staff areas.
• BUSINESS & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: Track commercial and financial KPIs; Master the store’s P&L and budgets; Act to hit/exceed targets; Handle bank deposits; Deliver weekly reports with action plans.
• PEOPLE & HR MANAGEMENT: Manage the team and adapt to business needs; Organize staffing to prevent over/understaffing; Identify hiring needs; Conduct recruitment/interviews; Manage payroll variables; Create and optimize staff schedules; Set up monthly check-ins; Define team/individual goals; Conduct annual performance reviews; Escalate HR issues.
• INVENTORY & STOCK CONTROL: Guarantee stock management, delivery schedules, rotation; Oversee cycle counts; Ensure smooth in-store kiosk operations.
