• Ability to manage high-stakes decisions and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Address billing and subscription inquiries, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Handle billing tickets and calls, owning follow-ups.
• Process refunds and compensation requests when appropriate.
• Gather details for credits and refunds and respond to finance inquiries.
• Analyze billing trends and suggest process improvements.
• Contribute to billing knowledge base and articles.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and month-end tasks.
