Halter is building a regional finance and operations hub in Buenos Aires. You’ll own customer invoicing and collections, ensuring accurate, timely billing and prompt follow-up on overdue accounts as the region grows.

In this entry-level yet impactful role, you’ll shape how billing works, support cross-team collaboration, and drive reliable receivables processes across Argentina and Uruguay.

Formación

• 5+ years in billing, accounts receivable, administration or a customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of how customer payments work in Argentina and Uruguay.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Clear, friendly and professional communication with customers.
• Fluency in Spanish and good working English.
• Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate accurate, on-time electronic invoices for subscriptions and hardware in both countries.
• Oversee collections and follow up overdue accounts.
• Answer billing questions in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Maintain up-to-date contract, pricing and billing records.
• Produce receivables reporting to keep the overdue picture visible weekly.
• Reconcile cash receipts with invoices and issue memos as needed.
