Epsilon, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks an Associate, Billing Analyst in Argentina to support regional budget estimates, billing requests, and invoice coordination for Cono Sur. You will collaborate with Sales and Finance to ensure accurate, timely billing and maintain documentation for audits.

In this role, you will manage client documentation, POs, and order listings, ensuring data integrity while streamlining processes in a collaborative, metrics-driven environment with English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in billing, budget control, finance operations, traffic, or similar admin/financial support.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, ownership, and follow-through to manage requests and deadlines.
• Comfortable with purchase orders, order listings, client documentation, billing inputs, invoice requests, and process tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales to collect client documentation, PO, order listings for budget prep and billing.
• Manage invoice request activities for Cono Sur, ensuring timely follow-up and proper coordination.
• Follow up on pending/missing information to avoid delays and act as first point of contact.
• Prepare and issue regional budget estimates within timelines and accuracy.
