We are looking for an Associate, Billing Analyst to join the Epsilon Billing team in Argentina. This role will support regional budget estimate preparation, billing request activities, and invoice request coordination for part of the LATAM region, with an initial focus on Cono Sur.
You'll work closely with Sales and internal Finance/Billing collaborators to collect the documentation, purchase orders, order listings, and process inputs needed to prepare budgets, request invoices, and support accurate billing execution.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is meticulous, organized, and comfortable following up with different teams to keep budget and invoice request processes complete, accurate, and on track.
Coordinate with Sales to collect client documentation, purchase orders, order listings, and any other information required for budget preparation and subsequent billing. Manage invoice request activities with Resources in Costa Rica for the Cono Sur scope, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate information, and proper coordination with the team. Follow up on pending or missing information, acting as the first point of contact and increasing unresolved items when needed to avoid process delays. Prepare and issue regional budget estimates for the assigned scope, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with agreed timelines. Support assigned billing activities for the region, helping the team manage priorities, workload peaks, and backup needs. Maintain accurate data entry, documentation control, and process traceability across budget and billing activities. Work in close collaboration with the Billing team to identify process gaps, improve ways of working, and ensure activities follow applicable compliance policies and internal controls.
What you’ll bring with you: 1-2 years of experience in billing, budget control, finance operations, traffic, or a similar administrative/financial support role. Strong attention to detail, organization, ownership, and follow-through to manage requests, documentation, deadlines, and pending items accurately. Comfortable working with purchase orders, order listings, client documentation, billing inputs, invoice requests, and process tracking. Good communication and follow‑up skills to coordinate with Sales, Finance, Resources, and internal collaborators on pending items and invoice‑related requests. Intermediate Excel skills, comfort working with operational systems, and willingness to learn through hands‑on team collaboration. Intermediate level of English.
