Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Procurement Support Associate to manage supplier onboarding, data maintenance, and non-inventory purchasing processes within a global framework. You will collaborate with diverse teams across regions to ensure compliance and data accuracy while supporting procurement policies.

The role involves training, testing, and implementing procurement improvements, using Oracle Fusion Procurement and standard tools, with emphasis on cross-country coordination and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, operations, customer service, or related field.
• Strong communication, customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with enterprise procurement or ERP systems is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier onboarding and data maintenance across regions.
• Provide functional support for non-inventory purchasing in Oracle Fusion Procurement.
• Assist with requisitions, purchase orders, and process navigation.
• Monitor inquiries, incidents, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Deliver training and maintain process documentation and job aids.
• Contribute to testing and deployment of procurement enhancements.
