• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project support.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Schedule project plans, timelines, and resource trackers.
• Monitor milestones and identify bottlenecks or delays.
• Coordinate go-live activities and ensure readiness criteria are met.
• Draft, edit, and distribute project updates to teams and stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between technical, clinical, and client-facing teams.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute pre-read materials.
• Record accurate meeting minutes and define clear action items.
• Track outstanding actions and ensure timely resolution.
• Organize project repositories and ensure templates and reports are up to date.
