Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in project coordination, project support, or admin management in healthcare/IT/biotech.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello; strong MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Project Tracking & Coordination: Maintain project plans, timelines, and resource trackers.
• Milestone Tracking: Monitor progress and identify bottlenecks.
• Go-Live Readiness: Coordinate pre-launch activities and testing to meet readiness criteria.
• Communication & Stakeholder Alignment: Draft updates and ensure smooth information flow between teams and stakeholders.
• Administrative Support & Documentation: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes with clear action items.
