Arrise is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to drive healthcare IT & AI solutions projects from kickoff to go-live. You will coordinate schedules, manage documentation, and track deliverables across software engineering, product management, clinical teams, and client operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in project coordination, strong communication, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence/Asana/Trello, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or administrative management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello).
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to synthesize complex discussions into concise summaries.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and prioritization capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Schedule management: maintain and update project plans, timelines, and resource trackers.
• Milestone tracking: monitor progress and identify bottlenecks or delays.
• Go-live readiness: coordinate activities ensuring all pre-launch requirements and testing are met.
• Go-live communications: draft and distribute project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaison support: act as central point of contact between technical, clinical, and client-facing teams.
• Meeting administration: schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute materials.
• Minutes & action items: document decisions and define follow-up tasks.
• Document control: organize project repositories and keep templates and reports updated.
