Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tracking, schedules, milestones, and resource trackers across teams.
• Draft Go-Live communications and serve as liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes; track actions and maintain document control.
