Political Asylum Lawyers, a Houston-based immigration law firm, seeks a client-facing team member fluent in English and Spanish to manage communications and case documents with clients across the United States. You will follow established workflows, coordinate with attorneys and paralegals, and keep clients updated on case progression.

Formación

• Experience preparing immigration applications is preferred but not required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Tech-focused skills and eagerness to learn new online systems and procedures.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and able to communicate with clients under significant stress.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform at a high level with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the firm’s main point of contact with clients, supporting attorneys and paralegals.
• Return phone calls and reply to emails from clients and potential clients.
• Proactively provide status updates so clients understand case progress.
• Coordinate case logistics: scheduling appointments and preparation sessions.
• Proactively manage cases to ensure deadlines are met.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of company protocols and processes.
