Political Asylum Lawyers in Houston (open to Argentina candidates) seeks a detail-oriented professional to be the primary client contact in English and Spanish. You will manage communications, respond to inquiries, and guide clients through case workflows while maintaining high standards of service and empathy.

You will follow established procedures, flag delays, and collaborate with attorneys and staff to keep cases moving.

Formación

• Experience preparing immigration applications is preferred but not required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Tech-focused skills and eagerness to learn new online systems and procedures.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and able to communicate with clients under significant stress.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the firm’s main point of contact with clients, supporting attorneys and paralegals in engaging clients throughout the representation.
• Return phone calls and reply to emails from clients and potential clients.
• Proactively provide status updates so clients understand where their case stands.
• Coordinate case logistics: scheduling appointments, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Proactively manage cases to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain tracking systems to catch clients before they fall through the cracks.
• Compile and submit filings to immigration agencies.
• Perform administrative tasks and contribute to process improvements.
