Political Asylum Lawyers seeks a client-facing teammate fluent in English and Spanish to manage communications, gather case details, and support asylum cases for clients across the United States. You will engage daily with clients, emails and calls, and help ensure timely information exchange.

You will follow established workflows, keep cases moving, and collaborate with peers to address issues, while mastering standard operating procedures for client management.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing immigration applications is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to helping immigrants secure their future in the United States through asylum.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Tech-focused skills and eagerness to learn new online systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the firm’s main point of contact with clients in English and Spanish.
• Respond to client inquiries by email and phone, gathering information and documents.
• Keep case development on track by following workflows and flagging delays.
